In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. Our garden is a nice place to chill in the sun, play with your children or make a camp fire. You can park next to the house in the garden.
