Within just 5–10 minutes, you'll find playgrounds, football pitches, a beach, the Gendarmstien promenade, a marina with a restaurant, an ice cream parlour and shops. 35 mins to a large water park. The home offers lots of coziness. Enjoy the nice view of Flensburg Fjord from both the kitchen, living room, rooms and the new terrace. The 800 km² property offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play; a shelter, a swing under the large walnut tree, and a chance to relax on one of the three terraces.

The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.
