In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Modern duplex nieuwbouwappartement recht tegenover het station van Aalter. Volledig ingerichte keuken met alle benodigdheden en living op het tweede verdiep (toegang tot het appartement). Ruime slaapkamer met tweepersoons bed en badkamer met douche op het eerste verdiep, te bereiken via trap in de leefruimte. Handdoeken en haardroger aanwezig. Gratis parkeer mogelijkheid in de onmiddellijke omgeving van het appartement. Vanuit het station van Aalter is de verplaatsing per trein naar Gent én Brugge slechts 15 min. Er is ook per trein rechtstreekse verbinding met de luchthaven Brussels AirPort.

Lovely newly-built one bedroom apartment in the heart of Ghent. Located in one of the main shopping avenues and within close walking distance of all the main cultural, entertainment and commercial hubs. The apartment is located on the second floor. Even though it is located in the city centre, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evening and during the night. The apartment is perfect for a city-trip and expats looking to stay in Ghent for several weeks or months.

Oasis of tranquillity for hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers, where pets are more than welcome. (a bit difficult for bigger dogs, there are stairs to climb) Situated along cycle route 70, in the middle of nature and yet close to the historical cities of Ghent, Bruges, Courtrai and Antwerp. Enjoy the fresh country air! In our street you can hear chickens cluck, donkeys bray and there are even sheep, cows and only kind people.

New studio near the center of Ghent. The studio features a private kitchen and a private bathroom. In the very quiet townhouse, in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy all the comforts.
