Little house near the sea - Vätö

Lean back and relax in this lovely thatched-roof house. About 400 m to the bay and a small swimming area. You'll love it here if you enjoy nature, walks and just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture on the private patio. A rowing boat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed and a sofa bed. Curtains for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. The sheet set is not included but can be added for SEK 150 The house is close to the main house where we live permanently, and both are also rented out sometimes

The house is "off grid" and there are only a few minor imperfections left. The Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) hiking trail passes near the house.

Approximately 7 minutes' walk to a nice bay with rocks, sandy beach, swimming jetty, raft with diving tower and small playground with slide for the little ones.

The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation, there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can grill while sailboats pass by. The accommodation accommodates four people with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? Bed linens and towels can be rented by agreement with the host. Otherwise, you bring your own 2x90cm in the loft, 1x120cm in the bedroom

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Glamping Undalsro (roslagsleden 5)

Enjoy the sounds of nature in this unique place in the middle of the woods near Roslagsleden. You are completely alone in a large 38 sqm glamping tent. There are several nice lakes around and blueberries, mushrooms and lingonberries to pick. You can get here via Roslagsleden stage 5 or via bus 621, 626 from Danderyd sjh or Åkersberga. The walk is then about 3 km. Parking space for car is also available as an option

Listed 18th-Century Historic Wing

This listed 18th-century wing building is part of a historic shipowner’s estate and was once home to the renowned artist Siri Derkert. Carefully renovated in consultation with heritage authorities, the house preserves many original features while offering modern comfort. The property spans approx. 150 sqm with a large country kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet, and four fireplaces.
