Relax with the whole family at this pretty peaceful house. Located away from it all for guaranteed tranquility with its south-facing terrace bordered by fields, enjoy a relaxing stay ideal for recharging your batteries. The escape is located in a pretty little village of about a hundred inhabitants, 12 km from Rethel and its train station and 8 km from Château-Porcien. It is also located halfway between Reims and Charleville Mézières (40 kms), 2 hours from Paris, and 45 minutes from Belgium.

🏡 Venez découvrir ce charmant petit gîte,parfait pour un séjour à deux, mais pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes grâce à un canapé convertible dans le salon. Compact mais bien pensé, il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable : cuisine équipée, coin repas, salon chambre et salle de douche 📍Le logement se trouve dans un espace partagé avec un futur second gîte (actuellement en travaux). Un accès commun (droit de passage) est prévu, mais chacun garde son espace et son intimité.

Détendez-vous dans cette agréable maison ! Le logement se situe au cœur de Tagnon, un village avec toutes commodités : boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, pharmacie, city stade... Idéal pour 4 personnes, le logement offre en rez-de-chaussée salle de vie avec cuisine équipée, salle à manger et salon. À l’étage se trouve deux chambres aménagées de lits deux personnes ainsi qu’une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes. Vous disposez également d’un jardin privatif, clos, avec terrasse.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac close to the forest. The terrace in the back is not overlooked. There is also a small balcony on the front. In winter season, you can warm up with a wood fire in the high-performance insert. The grounds are fully fenced if you come with your pet, just remember to pick up waste in the lower part of the garden, the upper part is reserved for pets. There are all amenities. You'll be quiet!
