In the large living/sleeping room (22 m²) there is a pull-out day bed with 1.60 width as well as a sofa bed, also ideal for a family with 1-2 children. Separate well-equipped kitchen and a tub bath. Terrace, grill and garden can also be used. Private large parking space. Lockable bicycle cellar. Rental bikes for a small fee.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
