We will prepare a ferry discount ticket for🎫 guests staying only.(This is a very affordable ticket that is usually 1,500 yen for adults, but is now⇒ 800 yen) 🚗Parking is free for up to 3 cars.(Surrounding market in summer: 1,500 yen to 2,000 yen/day per unit) Please let us know in advance if there will be more than 4 cars. 　You can park your car before check-in and go for a swim, and if you go for a swim after check-out, you can use the parking lot for the rest of the day. There are no shops near the⚠️ facility, so I encourage you to prepare ingredients and other necessary items in advance.

This was also the city where I grew up, and as a child, I was grabbing fish and playing on the rice field road. My mother is a calligrapher, so I am familiar with "Wa" and decorated the famous "Echizen washi" art in all rooms. Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
