Small house in village 10 minutes from Niort and 3 minutes from the A10 motorway (exit 32). Recent construction with eco-friendly materials. Rated 3 stars *** furnished tourist accommodation. One bedroom with one queen size bed 160cm + dressing room, and a bedroom with a 90cm bed. In the living room, a new 140cm sofa bed. A wooden deck with table and chairs. Covered and gated car garage. Entire property is closed, so is the garden! Disabled access everywhere. Friendly welcome.
