Quiet, splendid villa on a 4000 m2 estate with mountain views, comfortable with private pool and magnificent pool house, private courtyard and garden 5 minutes from the seaside resort and the beaches of Porticcio and 10 minutes from Ajaccio airport. There are plenty of activities available to you ( beaches, hikes, dives, boat trips, horseback riding, Corsican gastronomy) before returning to enjoy your villa around a dinner around your pool .

Beautiful, quiet villa 20 minutes from Ajaccio.

Haut de Villa située à 17 min de l’aéroport d'Ajaccio et des plages de Porticcio, tous commerces à 5 min en voiture. Très belle vue panoramique sur la vallée du Prunelli. Grande terrasse couverte de 35 m². Et terrasse découverte de 40 m2 avec barbecue. Vous pourrez profiter de tout le haut de la maison sans aucun vis à vis. Accès à la rivière à pied, lac de Tolla à 20 minutes en voiture. Vous pourrez croiser nos 3 animaux de compagnie

Recent 2020 villa of 125 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms equipped with TV, air conditioning with individual thermostat, 2 bathrooms with whirlpool and walk-in shower, as well as a lounge area open to a kitchen equipped with a pizza oven. The outdoor area offers a pool area with pool house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (with TV and pizza oven) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. A pétanque court runs along the house.
