You will feel comfortable in this spacious newly renovated accommodation in Grafenstein. The apartment is quiet, spacious with plenty of space and with a large balcony. The pool invites you to chill out and relax. Lake Klopein is 10 km away, tennis courts are within walking distance, and you can start cycling right at your doorstep. Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
