The property is located in a quiet location directly on the Kieferbach and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hechtsee, a large swimming lake. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-bedroom apartment has a large west-facing balcony with mountain views, which invites you to relax. NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!

Kaiserlounge Harald Astner Ebbs

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntalradweg, 100 m away from a cozy jausenstation , 10 minutes from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Emperor Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered on request. The city of Kufstein (railway station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or by city bus. The large fenced garden invites you to play, grill and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.
