This ancient water mill is a tuff stone building that dates back to the 17th century. Built on the banks of a canal that leads from the Lepini Mountains to the sea, for several centuries it has been used for grain grinding. As technology progressed, the building gradually fell into disuse until the mid-1980s. Since 2014, the old building has returned to its original splendor and has become a luxury Relais.
