I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as usual at the reception) upon arrival, they immediately check in to the room, which has already previously turned on the heating and hot water boiler. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy,nice,freshly renovated. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: sea, embankment,lake and "singing" fountains with night lighting

This Deluxe Double Room, "Babuino Room" that faces the historical fountain "er Babuino", features ceiling with wooden beams, Free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, minibar and elettric kettle. There is also a Stadtkrug restaurant with local top dishes and a cocktail bar.
