Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Antoniów House: Izera Mountains

A tiny village in the Jizera Mountains (600 m above sea level). This is not a commercial town! For those who want to be close to nature and relax away from the crowds and commercial tourism. A quiet, non-touristy place in the Izerskie Mountains - perfect for a peaceful stay in nature. Close access to walking and mountain trails. Even in high season, it's quiet and peaceful. Direct access to hiking trails - quiet even during the peak season. Antoniów is also a base for trips to popular mountain resorts in the region.

Wozownia Nad Bobrem

Look at the starry sky and forget everything else. This is how you can describe the atmosphere of the evenings spent on the hammock behind the house under the forest. Our home is a property with a soul, pre-war, renovated with their own hands by Mietka - the grandson of the first after the Host War. We share this charming place with you and invite you to relax. A spacious fully equipped kitchen is located in the area of an old coach house, and above it you will find three charming rooms - one double and two five people.

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Wysoka Trawa, Gruszków, Polana

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which once had the status of a health resort. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

Larch House

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

Cottage with Jacuzzi and Sauna – “Beżowy” is a comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, year-round, wooden 6-person cottage located in a quiet, charming area on the outskirts of Jelenia Góra. The cottage has its own private spa area, which includes a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a cold-water barrel. The cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The Karkonosze Mountains, part of the Sudetes, are situated in the southwestern part of the country. The breathtaking landscape offers a serene sense of peace and nature, with excellent hiking opportunities, while cities such as Prague and Dresden are within a short driving distance.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
