Peaceful property at beach! This is a 2550 sq.f private beachfront home with a view of the island of Jamestown. This lovely homestead features a tranquil walking path to the beach on a 3.3 acres. There're 2 kayaks available at the premise for our guests to use. We are also have a mooring available to dock your boat at pre-request. We’re not responsible for any of the water sports such as, kayaking or swimming etc..that may cause of injuries/ or deaths, these activities are at your own risk.

Walking distance to town, restaurants, night life, marina, and ferry service to Newport in summer. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms , w a bedroom located on the first floor. 2 additional bedrooms w/ 2 twin beds located on 2nd floor. Outside space includes patio, grilling area, and a large back yard.

In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

The house is a charming 5 minute walk to downtown Jamestown and a scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge to Newport. There is a great bakery/cafe and a brand new playground a mere 250 feet away. The open floor plan and eclectic, local decor make for a pleasant accommodation. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor living/dining space, and a kitchen with an oven/stove top and refrigerator. Full wifi coverage throughout, cable tv, a backyard /stone patio, grill and central a/c.
