The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. The open-concept design and high balcony ledge are unsuitable for children under the age of 10.

Lovely retreat in an amazing location, one of Durham's best neighborhoods, only six miles to UNC, six miles to Duke and 12 miles to RDU airport. Three bedrooms and two full baths, with an amazing back yard and miles of walking paths through the safe wooded neighborhood, complete with playgrounds, playing fields, and restaurants and shops at both ends of the neighborhood. Very convenient to RTP, I-40 and Southpoint Mall.
