Beautiful modern & spacious 4 bedroom country home

Enjoy Gower with the whole family and/or friends at this newly refurbished stylish country house - nearly everything is brand new. It sleeps 8 adults with an extra day bed that can accommodate an extra 2 guests for an additional supplement, which is ideal for families with children. There are several reception rooms and a large garden. The cottage is ideally positioned to explore Gower and it's lovely beaches, walks and bike rides. There is also a children’s park and a lovely pub in the village.

The property is situated next to Clyne Golf Course and the private room has views over the fairways. Located in Mayals, you can enjoy walks from the door across the golf course, through Clyne Park or along the promenade to Mumbles. It's a short drive to the Arena, Swansea University and Singleton hospital. The room has private access and parking.

It is set in a quiet country lane, with easy access to the local amenities and the Gower beaches, with an 18 hole golf course directly opposite. The property comprises two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, one equipped with disability facilities. There is also ramp access to the cottage. The rear of the cottage has views across the field and the front opens onto a courtyard/patio area.

Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.
