The house is ideally placed to enjoy it all! The beach house is opposite the beach, park and playground and has beach views from the ground floor and main bedroom.

The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, wifi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. Diamante

We have now refreshed the third bedroom with 2 new beds and new pillows throughout all the bedrooms. Diamante is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Air conditioning in the living area, main bedroom and 3rd bedroom and a fire place for those cosy winter months. WIFI and Netflix included. Conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, golf course, wineries, beaches and other local attractions. Ideal for couples or a family getaway.

Studio @ 36 Close to the beach and to town!

Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.

Located in Peron Ave just 2 streets from the beach, 800m to post office and 1km to Coles. The house is close to the Banks Avenue beach walkway. 2 bedrooms and bathroom in main house separate bunkhouse with its own new bathroom.
