Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, wifi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available). Please note that due to some small renovations going on to the main house there maybe builders in the back yard from time to time during your stay. This shouldn't impact your stay as the studio is seperate to the house and the builders are very mindful of guests and will not start any works until 7.30 am in the morning.
