Located on a 37-acre private ski lake.Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dog 30lb weight limit, no cats, fee $50.

This Airbnb is walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars in Dunedin. It’s about 4 miles away from Honeymoon Island and about 6 miles from Clearwater Beach.

It is an easy one mile bicycle ride to downtown Dunedin and a quick stroll to waterfront Edgewater Park to watch sunsets or see the lights of Clearwater Beach across the intracoastal waterway. There's a fenced back patio for you to enjoy our beautiful weather!

Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. We priced it accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs.
