Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Beautiful independent studio 3 stars by the lake

In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. On foot: lake, mountain, beach, village, restaurants, bike rental. Annecy 10 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain view and castle Menthon saint Bernard. Happiness guaranteed with everything at hand.

Please read the announcement and rules before booking. My apartment is for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, not for 3 or 4 adults ( it's for your Comfort ) mezzanine just for kids. 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT ! Charming Studio, in historic building from the 16th century. Very cosy atmosphere . 150 m from the shores of the Lake Ideal for a couple in love , or for small family with 1 or 2 children (between 7 and 17 years)

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
