Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

A modern living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and a glass coffee table. A round dining table with green chairs is positioned near large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. A television is mounted on the wall, complemented by wood accents in the kitchen.

Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.
