House (apartments) Markulin are located in Preko just a few meters from the sea in a beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic location 200 m from the ferry dock, allows guests to easily navigate and quickly reach the property itself. The house is surrounded by tall, stone walls that guarantee complete privacy. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants in which the children's playground is located. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher shop, fish market, sports field,bakery).

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.

Back in 1930, after leaving Dragove to work in New York , grandpa Mate built a beautiful house opposite the old one in harmony with nature surroundings. Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path of grandpa Mate by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort. Grandpa Mate House is based on Dugi Otok at the edge of the village Dragove. The house was restored in 2017.
