This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The apartment is located on the third floor of a family house located across the street from the sandy beach in the village of Duće. It has a balcony and private parking. There are 3 A/C units in the apartment. It is possible to accommodate a total of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years). Pets are allowed. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafes, a market, it is possible to rent a boat or jet ski. The town of Omiš, a tourist center with numerous amenities, is 2 km away.

Plenty of Ancient Román sites to visit in Split and a lot of adventurous activities in Omis, such as rafting, canyoning, zip-line, free climbing. The house was built in 1968 but fully renovated in 2020. The outside area is pretty secluded and it includes heated non-chemical pool with sun beds, shower, and two sitting areas with a dining table for 8.
