You have a completely remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with queen bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. The desk, looking out at the woods, a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs.

Beautiful rustic home. The floors are new. The entire first floor is available and includes 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a newly remodeled bathroom, and a common area living room (Wifi is available). Less than a minute walk to Mercy hospital. Downtown is a 20 minute walk. Highway 20 is 2 minutes away. College campuses (Loras, UD, Clarke) all within a 10 minute drive. Hyvee is 5 minutes away. The basement is not accessible to guests. The owner lives downstairs and the kitchen is shared.
