Charming villa with lake view a stone's throw from the city center, only 5 min walking distance from Sigtuna's picturesque pedestrian street. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in guest house with connection to the house and offers ample space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from its own jetty that has a swimming area. In the house there is both a sauna as well as a fireplace and two tiled stoves that brighten the stay.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, patio and lake view. The lake downstairs has nice cliffs and jumping towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with double bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, company events or friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. Our home is situated a 20 min drive (buses run every 10 minutes) from Stockholm City Centre, in the beautiful and green neighbourhood Nacka/Saltsjö-Duvnäs - a place were land meets the archipelago. Boutique Design- perfect location..

A contemporary and cosy house with panorama windows, the nature is the art. And cheaper to rent- then the nearest Hosel (based on 4p) Have a barbecue on the deck, or go for a swim in the lake or sea close by. Enjoy your stay at this house- who are close to the city, but in the middle of serenity.. We expect to find the house in the same clean condition as we left it.
