This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Nice house w 3 bedrooms, close to the city center

A very nice house with a beautiful garden 30 minutes by foot and metro from the Stockholm city center. The house has 3 bedrooms with 4 permanent beds (extra beds available). It is located in a very green, nice and safe area, 10-20 minutes walk to lakes where you can swim or hang out at the beach. The house has a garden and two terraces where you can have dinner and enjoy the sun. The house is in three storeys, you need to be able to walk the stairs.
