Thanks to the favorable location, in 2 minutes on foot we find Via Roma, a pedestrian area, with restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In the area (5-minute walk) pharmacies, supermarket, tobacco shops, delis and banks. In front of the entrance to the building is the headquarters of the Central Post Office. Electric car charging station 10 meters away. The train station and S. Croce Civil Hospital are a 15-minute walk away.

The vacation home is located in the Maira valley. My family and I live on the upper floor of the house. The cost of the accommodation tax is €1.50 per person/night for a maximum of 7 nights; for longer stays, no payment is required. We have 3 dogs, ten goats, and two geese.

Consisting of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom and large veranda with table and chairs where you can dine or enjoy the reading corner. In a quiet location surrounded by greenery, two minutes from the town center. It has a large garden equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing and the possibility of using a vegetable garden cultivated in the summer months.
