The house is recently renovated where we have exposed the natural stone walls while included modern conveniences. We have a wood burning stove plus electric heating, in the heart of the Boyne Valley with stunning views of Newgrange which is older than the pyramids a must see if you are in Ireland. Our beautiful self-catering guest house is on the grounds of our own home. Located at the foot of the historic Hill of Slane, overlooking Littlewood Forest and the rambling Boyne Valley, on 3 acres of countryside land. The bungalow is self-contained and situated in a private corner of the grounds, next to our own home. Quiet rural area suited to a couple or small family. Children are always welcome but most suited to families as a base as there are no play areas etc. for them here.
