Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will live in 50 sqm in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You look over the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the inner and old town of Diez and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to Limburg. There is a cathedral and a historic old town.

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there.
