The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso coffee machine. WLAN and a SMART-TV with NETFLIX is available. There is a pool, a sauna and you can also use the tennis courts.

Der Rhein-Main-Airport ist etwa 4 Km entfernt und lässt sich mit Auto oder Bahn in fünf Minuten erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn.

In etwa 10 Gehminuten kann der Bahnhof Opelwerk erreicht werden. Von dort aus ist man in wenigen Stationen in Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden oder Darmstadt. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 6, mit der die Innenstadt oder der Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden kann. Außerdem befinden um die Wohnung herum generell einige Scooter (Tier), um schnell von A nach B zu kommen.
