Heating is central gas, and air conditioning is installed for cooling. The apartment has a refrigerator, a stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and each room has a modern smart TV.

Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the vacation atmosphere and yet also have all the comfort you need. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sun beds, a hammock and a badminton court.

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Libic: peaceful paradise

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...

Relax in this cosy and beautifully decorated accommodation. The house has a living room and kitchen in the lower part, and a bedroom and bathroom in the upper part. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace with a beautiful view of the forest. There is an additional charge of 20 euros per night for using the jacuzzi.
