Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (120 cm bred slået ud).
