The place has a large wooded outdoor area where you can stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a large living room in two parts.

The gîte at the edge of the meadow was completely renovated in 2021 to welcome you. House of 110 m², and its land of 2800 m², located in a small hamlet in the quiet Burgundy countryside. 1h30 from Paris, close to the centers of interest of the Puisaye that I could advise you. In the right season, you can enjoy the grounds equipped with a petanque court, barbecue and 4x7 m indoor pool, from May to September.

The departure of the little tourist train is 3 minutes from the house as well as the 6th favorite market in France (Saturday morning).
