The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Bus routes, ferries, float planes and taxis are all nearby. Please note, we only give 1 bed per 2 guests. If 2 guests each require their own separate bed, an extra fee will be charged. We must be notified of additional guests not on the reservation, and a fee will be charged.

This is cosy and comfortable suite, now with a QUEEN size bed, for one person, or a couple, as it is very compact. It is in Saanich East, close to Camosun College, UVIC , and St Michaels University School, within walking distance to the Hillside Mall, and close to Mt Tolmie, and on the #14 bus route- direct to UVIC or downtown.
