A few things to note before booking: * This property is not suitable for pets or children under 12. * You may experience some noise from upstairs, typical of a 2 story historic building.

Charming Cottage near Old Town Albuquerque

Our cozy cottage is nestled on the tree-lined streets of the Huning Castle Community. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Albuquerque, it is midway between Old Town and Downtown. This historic neighborhood was named for the opulent mansion built by German immigrant and Albuquerque pioneer Franz Huning in the 1880’s. While the castle no longer stands, the neighborhood maintains its historic charm. We hope you enjoy this cozy cottage and lovely neighborhood as much as we do.

Our beautiful southwest home includes a queen-sized bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Attached to the living room is a dinning room seating 4. Additionally, we offer everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing home away from home with a walking meditation garden, two patios for dinning, an outdoor wooden swing to relax with a morning cup of tea, a fire pit for s’mores to enjoy the gorgeous Albuquerque nights. We are near the river, trails, parks, and markets.

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Easily accessible to freeway. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.
