Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

An updated kitchen with all the amenities to create that Thanksgiving dinner. Attached to the kitchen is a large dinning room that seats 8. A keurig and pods completes the coffee bar. Close to Sandia Mts, Open Space hiking. 20 min. from Nob Hill & Old Town, 25 min. from Balloon Fiesta Park, 15 minutes from Park & Ride for the Fiesta. 15 min. to Tijeras & Rt 14 "Turquoise Trail".
