Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and the Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland. It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is an additional cottage directly above, where you may hear noise if occupied.
