Please read full description as Douglas Lake is a fluctuating lake and lake levels are seasonal. Have a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath house. The property is just minutes away from all of best shows and attractions. Use of our kayak's and paddle boat at no additional charge. Douglas Lake is a fluctuating lake. The typical off season runs from September thru Mid-April. Please email your questions regarding lake accessibility during these times before booking.

Lakefront Cabin/ Back Porch

Our home is located directly on Douglas lake. It's located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Upstairs- One full bathroom, one room has two beds, loft area- tv, fireplace, bed & pool table. Downstairs-a master bedroom & bathroom. The back porch is enclosed with a 6 person hot tub. WiFi. We only supply one round of kitchen and bath supplies. NO WATER IN LAKE EXCEPT MAIN CHANNEL AFTER LABOR DAY/REFILLS MID-APRIL. YOU MUST TAKE TRASH OFF OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED-1 bag allowed for Sunday checkout.

The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.

“Majestic Memories” Lakefront and Smoky Mountain

Newly remodeled LAKEFRONT home on DOUGLAS LAKE in Dandridge Tn. Very convenient drive to UTK, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy this 4 bedroom 3 bath home with incredible mountain and lake views. NOTE- Douglas Lake is operated by TVA and the lake levels are lowered from fall to spring. There will not be water at the boat docks during this time.
