Large garden shared with the owners, their 2 children and their dog. Close to the main street of the village, amenities are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, press, hairdressers, hiking trails, Lot Valley greenway...

Relax in this charming 30 m2 studio, annex of our house with independent entrance, located in a very quiet area and offering you a magnificent view, 5 minutes from all shops and 10 minutes from the city center of Cahors. Beautiful living room with a bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You will have access to our swimming pool (we make sure to use the pool only in the absence of our guests) and can also enjoy a covered terrace and garden.

Two Dutch bikes will be at your disposal to explore our beautiful region.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Small village in the middle of vineyards ; 100m from Lac de la Vergne, 12 km from Cahors, 6 km from Caîx nautical base, hiking, paragliding, fishing.... Independent courtyard, you have a living room, sitting area with TV ; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker... Toilet /WC: walk-in shower laundry : washing machine terrace with garden furniture quiet environment.. My place is good for couples.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
