First of all, this room has been thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Thank you for your understanding. Check-in is after 5pm. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. If there is no customer checking out on the day of check-in, you can check-in at any time on the day. However, if there is a guest checking out, we will clean the room thoroughly and then rent the room, so please observe the normal check-in time (after 5pm). The free Pick-up is not possible before 14:00. If you wish to be picked up before 14:00, there will be a charge. Of course, if you are coming from other than Kansai International Airport, we will pick you up anywhere in Osaka city, Kyoto city, Kobe city, or Osaka city area free of charge. At checkout, we will send you anywhere within these regions.
