The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

Make your life easier in this peaceful accommodation, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre and its magnificent ramparts. The apartment, which is bright throughout the day, features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining area and a large living room with a sofa bed and an inflatable mattress for up to 6 people. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a bedroom. The added bonus: a lovely balcony. A locked room: bicycles, etc. A functional and comfortable space to live in.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Das schöne Zwei-Familien-Haus liegt an einem sonnigem Südhang nördlich der Altstadt, ruhige Verkehrslage, naturnahe Umgebung mit den Weinbergen und dem Kastanienwald hinter dem Haus. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur 8 Min. Fußweg zum ÖPNV, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt und im Gewerbegebiet (Supermärkte). 15 Min. Fußweg zur Therme und zum Kurpark. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster liegt einem die Stadt Bergzabern mit dem Schloss zu Füßen. Der Jakobsweg die Südroute geht bei mir vorbei.

"Tiny house" in downtown Bad Bergzabern. The cottage consists of a high, bright, open space with a gallery. Downstairs is the living area, the small functional bathroom with shower and an open kitchen, upstairs are the beds. At the large dining table or in the two cozy armchairs with poufs for the feet, you can make yourself comfortable. The cottage is the ideal chic "base camp" for nature experiences in the Palatinate Forest, tours to nearby Alsace, the vineyards and much more.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Our largely redesigned apartment overlooking the garden, the village and the edge of the forest is perfect for a break and is ideally located for exploring the southern Palatinate and northern Alsace. Vineyards, forest, cycling and hiking trails as well as mountain bike trails are nearby. We live in the same house and are happy to pass on tips.
