Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenz Forest in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm of living space, it can accommodate two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with a kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
