Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet vineyard in the Styrian Vulkanland. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

The Cottage under the Cretan

This special place has a unique style. The cottage under the shell has wooden structures, clay and lime plasters. Its walls are of straw and represent good thermal insulation. This natural construction allows all who step under its deck to relive the magical past of Prekmurje and approach the traditions that have been preserved over the centuries. The cottage is located on the bank in the village of Ropoča, in the Municipality of Rogašovci.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
