The area is ideal for walking riding and biking and although quiet and rural enjoys easy access to Westcott village, and the historic market town of Dorking. With easy access by train to London, and good road access to the South of England and coast, the property is ideal as a base visiting this part of England. Guest will have exclusive use of the barn and its garden with extensive parking and cartlodge The barn is in a former farmyard near Westcott village and the market town of Dorking. Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounds the property. The area is ideal for walking, riding, and biking. There's easy access by train to London, and by road to other attractions in the south-east of England. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are attic rooms with sloping ceilings and may not be suitable for the very tall or those with restricted mobility.
