Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

"The Station" Apartment

Lovely two-room apartment, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast of Tuscany, just 5 minutes from the sea. The apartment, is located in the center of Donoratico, in front of the train station, on the second floor of an historic building, which in the past was an old hotel. The location is strategic for its proximity both to the train station and to the bike path, through which you can quickly reach marina di Castagneto Carducci with its sea and sandy beaches.

"Il Frassino" Country House

Il Fassino, is a pretty little house built in 2024, consists of a large room organized in air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch. Typical Tuscan garden with large shaded areas; a hedge separates it from the Accattapane road. Relaxation space available for any activity and car parking. In front of the Frassino there is another little house, Il Corbezzolo, belonging to the farm.
