Unit 1 is half of a two-unit apartment hotel centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants in beautiful Sierraville. Yes, we do have Internet. Unit One is ADA-compliant with a large bedroom and bathroom. It's perfect for a family vacation with a sofa bed in the living room. From The Valley House, you can walk to Sierraville's two fantastic restaurants and it's a beautiful bike or car ride to Sierra Valley Hot Springs Resort, for all-day soaks, spa experiences and organic dining.

There is a massive adjoining lot to enjoy, as well as hundreds of miles of biking, hiking and fishing trails within a few blocks. This is my primary residence. The nightly rate is priced according to Airbnb price tips.Make sure it’s suitable for you before booking.It’s 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Large back deck with private hot tub.Excellent location.Walk to Safeway close to downtown and Donner lake. 15 mins to all the ski resorts. I manage my property myself to ensure it is perfect for your arrival. I provide snow removal for the driveway during the winter. There is a $30 dog fee per day per dog 2 max and 13.25% tax.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)!
