Die Bar und der große Fernseher, direkt über dem Pool, laden neben Erholung auch zu geselligem Beisammensein ein. In nur 100m Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Waldstück zum Spazieren und abschalten. Köln ist in ca. 25 Autominuten zu erreichen.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Apartment 93 sqm with roof terrace (up to 4 people)

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.
