You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay. Subway - U3 in the immediate vicinity. Stephansplatz center approx. 10 min. Central station approx. 13 min. Vienna Airport approx. 15 min. Grüner Prater about 5 minutes. TRIIIPLE salon with library in the concierge area. This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.
