Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The apartment is ideally suited for short or longer stays, it is quietly located in the rear area of the courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus in Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for up to 2 people. Industrial flair from then combined with modern interiors. Light domes with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed view of the sky. Livable location, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

SUNNY + QUIET = PERFECT 7-minute walk: U-Bahn [subway] U4 Längenfeldgasse, 3 stops to the city center 1010 Karlsplatz. 6-minute walk Tram "6" to Westbahnhof or Tram "18" to the main train station (Bim = tram) If necessary, there is an underground garage in about 150 meters "Steinbauerpark" where you only pay €6 per day or €40 per week for a reservation! The studio is fully equipped. Coffee/tea/fruit/sweets included. Perfect for weekend trips and longer stays.

Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

All new renovated. 2. Floor. Bright room. Nice bathroom with shower. Lift. Lots of nice places in walking area. Good for singles, couples and families until two children. Cosy central city loft. Balkony. Air Condition

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
